Understanding Awesomeness

The first step You need to take before you can become more awesome is understanding the meaning of awesomeness. What is it, and why should you strive to achieve it? It is only when you have a clear answer to this question that you can begin to strive towards that awesomeness. Because how can you hope to achieve something, if you have no clue of what it is you hope to achieve?

The question of awesomeness is a highly debatable matter,  however, and everyone has their own definition of the term. Some may argue that awesomeness can be found in the little things people do (like being able to do a back flip), while others would say that true awesomeness is simply a state of mind. Both of these definitions (and countless others) are valid, since it's up to each and every one of us to decide what is awesome. What you need to do is find your own definition, and strive to achieve it.

Regardless of how you define it, however, there are three main areas of life in which awesomeness can be achieved:

Physical Awesomeness - the physical aspects of life, which include having a fit body, and being able to perform well in physical activity.

Mental Awesomeness - the mental aspects of life, which include maintaining a strong and clear mind.

Social Awesomeness - the social part of life, which includes your social behavior and standing.

I advice you take a moment to think about which kind of awesomeness you value the most, so that you have a clear view of the awesomeness you want to achieve. Ask yourself whether you want to achieve physical awesomeness, mental awesomeness, social awesomeness or a combination of them. Once you've decided upon this, you should jump right in and start developing your awesomeness.
